HOW DO I GET FREE SHIPPING?

We offer free shipping on any orders over $30.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of $7.50 for any order below $30.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We ship to the US only at this time. Want to see our products somewhere else? Write to us at info@publicspiritco.com and let us know!

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All orders should arrive within 5-8 business days—if you’ve been waiting longer than that, please check the tracking number in your shipment notification, or contact us at info@publicspiritco.com and we’ll be glad to help you find it.

WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We put a lot of care into creating our products, and we’re confident you will love them! If for some reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at info@publicspiritco.com and we will help you create an exchange or return.

ONCE I PLACE MY ORDER, CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL IT?

If you have made an error entering your shipping address or need to change an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@publicspiritco.com and we will be happy to assist you.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?

If any of the products in your order were damaged during transit, please contact us info@publicspiritco.com so we can help you get a replacement.  

RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@publicspiritco.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES & ISSUES 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us to initiate the return for the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item once we have confirmed your return.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
